Tasks
- Apply DevOps to streamline infrastructure provisioning operations monitoring change management
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning execution and post incident reviews
- Create maintain and improve technical documentation runbooks and operational procedures
- Ensure 99.0 percent availability through monitoring alerting remediation
- Lead and develop globally distributed infrastructure team
- Lead incident response problem management and root cause analysis
- Manage environment upgrades deployments change incidents vulnerability remediation end of life transitions
- Monitor production environments to prevent failures performance degradation capacity constraints
- Optimize Azure infrastructure cost while maintaining performance resiliency compliance
- Own availability resiliency performance monitoring capacity planning for Audit applications
- Participate in on call follow the sun incident rotation
