Tasks
- Administer and maintain LAN WAN infrastructure
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory
- Create and maintain LAN WAN diagrams
- Create and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Install software releases system upgrades and patches
- Maintain server backups
- Manage helpdesk tickets and meet SLA
- Monitor WAN and internet connectivity
- Provide application support for Windows and Microsoft Office and SAP client
- Provide end user support for local and remote users
- Support emergency on call issues
- Troubleshoot laptop desktop and mobile hardware and software
