Tasks
- Analyze operational datasets to prioritize issues
- Communicate goals progress outcomes and lessons learned
- Define and evolve network metrics and success criteria
- Design and implement risk management processes
- Drive incident response for network and edge infrastructure
- Ensure operational documentation accuracy and completeness
- Ensure standards compliance across the network
- Implement automation for fault remediation
- Lead global coordination with cross functional teams
- Manage change for network security and business continuity
- Monitor escalation faults event trends capacity and vendor performance
- Optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
