Network Security Engineer IV
Tasks
- Analyze traffic for anomalies
- Capture packets and analyze traffic
- Collaborate during incidents
- Configure IDS/IPS
- Configure VLANs
- Configure firewall infrastructure
- Create and maintain network diagrams
- Deploy firewall infrastructure
- Design and maintain NGFW security policies
- Document configurations runbooks and incident findings
- Execute routing and switching
- Implement Palo Alto APP-ID
- Implement and manage eBGP
- Monitor and refine Splunk dashboards and alerts
- Monitor network traffic
- Perform IDS IPS alert triage
- Provide operational support for firewall infrastructure
- Troubleshoot LAN and WAN connectivity
- Troubleshoot firewall policy issues
- Troubleshoot routing and VLAN issues
- Tune IDS IPS
