- Contain compromised identities and restore emergency access
- Design and enforce conditional access policies
- Implement MFA and passwordless strategies

- Manage Identity Protection controls
- Manage break glass accounts
- Own and operate Microsoft Entra ID Tier 0
- Respond to identity based incidents at Tier 0
- Review Tier 0 impacting changes and enforce separation of duties
- Support tenant recovery activities
