Tasks
- Administer SAP HANA databases
- Apply security notes patches and kernel updates
- Architect SAP landscapes
- Configure high availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Design and implement SAP migrations to cloud platforms
- Develop automation scripts and runbooks
- Document SAP architecture and operations procedures
- Implement transport management with Solution Manager ChaRM and CTS plus
- Install configure and operate SAP systems
- Lead SAP upgrades and conversions
- Manage SAP user provisioning and role management
- Mentor junior Basis engineers
- Monitor system performance capacity and health
- Plan and execute system copies and refreshes
- Provide 24x7 on call incident response
