- Manage identity lifecycle onboarding transfers role changes offboarding
- Manage single sign on multi factor authentication conditional access and passwordless authentication
- Monitor and improve identity security posture
- Support access governance access reviews entitlement management identity policies
- Synchronize hybrid identity with Active Directory
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis
