- Collaborate to create B2B connections with vendors and partners
- Create and analyze performance metrics
- Maintain documentation of processes topologies and system designs
- Manage risk mitigation for communications and translation services
- Monitor system health and transaction throughput
- Perform scripting for automation deployments and monitoring
- Provide 24x7 production support through duty rotation
- Provide system support for B2B and communications servers
- Resolve B2B issues with business and trading partners
