- Monitor service availability and record non compliance
- Perform quality assurance monitoring for ASI requests
- Process de conflict and track component ASI requests
- Provide global oversight for enterprise networks
- Serve as primary client liaison
- Socialize scheduled services interruptions with stakeholders
- Supervise operations staff and service desk
