Lead, Site Reliability Engineer (Infrastructure operations)
Tasks
- Assess application infrastructure health
- Build custom dashboards and perform root cause analysis
- Conduct incident reviews and drive remediation
- Define SLIs and SLOs with development teams
- Design observability strategies with single pane of glass
- Develop testing and validation plans
- Evaluate vendor upgrades with proof of concept testing
- Execute disaster recovery exercises
- Forecast capacity and ensure scalability
