Lead, SRE Network Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate across product and development on networking readiness
- Conduct incident reviews and identify root causes
- Conduct proof of concept testing for upgrades risks and opportunities
- Design and implement observability monitoring and alerting
- Develop mitigation strategies for failure patterns and compatibility issues
- Develop testing validation and disaster recovery plans
- Enable self healing reduce time to detect and mitigate
- Evaluate vendor hardware firmware and software upgrade roadmaps
- Execute post maintenance validation before customer traffic
- Forecast growth requirements for network scalability
- Integrate infrastructure telemetry into unified single pane view
- Lead network infrastructure health performance and capacity analysis
- Perform packet level debugging with network traffic capture
- Troubleshoot TCP IP network issues at transport and application layers
- Use automation and AI for proactive issue detection
