Senior Red Team Operator
Tasks
- Advise on secure design and threat exposure
- Coordinate red team adversary emulation and purple team activities
- Define offensive security processes and playbooks
- Facilitate audit and regulatory evidence
- Improve offensive security coverage and impact
- Incorporate lessons learned and emerging threats
- Oversee adversary emulation exercises
- Oversee red team assessments
- Own offensive security lifecycle
- Partner with engineering teams on remediation prioritization
- Plan and schedule offensive security engagements
- Prepare artifacts and walkthroughs for audits
- Provide advisory support to application and infrastructure teams
- Retest to validate issue closure
- Support capability uplift in detection engineering and vulnerability management
- Track exceptions compensating controls and deferred risks
- Track offensive security findings through remediation and validation
- Validate detection findings with detection teams
