Red Team Manager (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Advise customers on threat scenarios and attack paths
- Collaborate with Detection Engineering Incident Response Threat Intelligence and Security Architecture
- Conduct intrusion simulation for infrastructure cloud and applications
- Define red team strategic priorities and initiatives
- Deliver customer presentations
- Design command and control infrastructure support
- Develop and improve red team methodologies and tooling
- Ensure engagements meet legal ethical and operational requirements
- Ensure quality of reports findings and executive readouts
- Execute attack simulations in OT networks
- Lead red team operations
- Manage adversary simulation exercises
- Mentor Red Team consultants
- Perform initial access simulation and post exploitation tradecraft
- Plan covert physical breach assessments
- Plan staff and execute Red Team engagements
- Research adversary techniques tools and procedures
- Run purple teaming exercises with blue teams
- Serve as escalation point for technical issues
- Support pre sales scoping and solution design
- Test evasion of defensive controls and detection response maturity
