Technical Program Manager
Tasks
- Assign tasks track completion and mitigate delays
- Coordinate network cloud and security engineering activities
- Develop program documentation requirements design test and schedules
- Execute Risk Management Framework RMF lifecycle activities
- Interface with government stakeholders on system status risks and mitigation
- Lead program initiation planning execution monitoring
- Manage ACAS findings and POA and M tracking
- Manage cross functional technical project lifecycle
- Manage security control implementation NIST 800 53 and STIG hardening
- Oversee change management incident response and system monitoring
- Plan schedule and budget delivery for medium to large projects
- Provide coaching and mentoring for network enclave teams
- Support Authority to Operate (ATO) activities
- Support contract actions and financial tasks
- Support secure cloud infrastructure deployment and sustainment
- Track project risks and dependencies
- Translate mission requirements into technical roadmaps
