Tasks
- Assist with LAN WAN and internet for applications
- Assist with database installation and configuration
- Create knowledge base articles
- Ensure incident notes and resolution documentation quality
- Install and upgrade applications
- Install configure and operate monitoring software
- Interface with teams on software releases and provide release sign off
- Maintain secure applications
- Manage and control application software licenses
- Monitor application and infrastructure health
- Monitor backup restore and failover
- Perform day to day application administration
- Perform performance tuning and resource optimization
- Resolve incidents and drive to full resolution
- Respond to end user trouble requests via ticketing system
- Support Windows UNIX Linux AIX and HP UX platforms
- Troubleshoot server and workstation hardware
