Tasks
- Administer PAN OS and troubleshoot
- Administer Panorama for centralized management
- Configure NAT rules
- Configure shared objects and log collectors
- Coordinate Palo Alto TAC escalations
- Maintain incident problem and change management
- Manage device groups templates and template stacks
- Manage firewall security policies
- Manage log collection reporting and forwarding
- Manage threat prevention dashboards
- Mentor junior engineers
- Monitor firewall health and traffic logs
- Perform RCA and maintain operational documentation
- Perform firmware upgrades and hotfix deployments
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards
- Provide L2 L3 support for Palo Alto NGFW
- Test HA failover with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot routing zones and VPNs
