Sales Administrator
Tasks
- Assist sales campaign planning coordination and execution
- Coordinate RFQ and RFP submissions
- Coordinate between sales operations and internal teams
- Follow up on proposals and customer communications
- Generate CRM reports and pipeline analysis
- Maintain CRM records
- Monitor campaign performance and lead outcomes
- Prepare sales documentation proposals and presentations
- Provide campaign effectiveness reporting and insights
- Schedule customer meetings and internal reviews
- Support customer onboarding and account setup
- Support lead generation prospecting and qualification
- Support sales team commercial activities
- Track pipeline activity and opportunity progression
