Security Operations Assistant Account Manager
Tasks
- Administer counseling and disciplinary actions by direction
- Assign work tasks to security professionals
- Conduct interviews and evaluate new employees
- Coordinate security contract execution
- Distribute communications to security professionals
- Ensure post is maintained cleaned and organized
- Evaluate staff performance and recommend assignments
- Generate work orders for extra security coverage
- Identify personnel problems and forward issues
- Maintain client and security relationships
- Maintain update Post Order manual and post information
- Manage and supervise security sub units
- Oversee reports logs and pass downs
- Perform Security Professional duties as needed
- Provide on the job training for new employees
- Recommend counseling and disciplinary actions
- Respond to client and site emergencies
- Respond to minor incidents and complete reports
- Supervise motivate coach and train staff
