- Gather caller information
- Identify discrepancies and escalate per procedure
- Initiate communications for urgent crises
- Manage emergency and non-emergency calls
- Monitor cameras and alarms
- Monitor physical security environment
- Monitor radio networks
- Perform preventative maintenance checks
- Prioritize calls for service
- Process badge access change requests
- Record incident activities in case management systems
- Send urgent communications using mass notification and paging
