- Ensure CCTV requests comply with legislation
- Investigate security incidents and document lessons learned
- Manage SOC e learning program
- Manage SOC operations
- Manage and develop SOC team
- Manage intelligence and incident information
- Monitor security systems and track faults
- Onboard and train new team members
- Perform quality assurance and operator checks
- Produce SOC performance reports and management information
- Reduce false alarms with security technology team
- Review SOC procedures and implement improvements
