- Approve or deny flagged visitors
- Coach and provide feedback to security team
- Conduct audience screening and access flow planning
- Conduct audits for regulatory compliance
- Conduct operational checks of security systems
- Coordinate security plans with law enforcement and K9 units
- Enforce security personnel licenses and certifications
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement hardening measures
- Investigate and resolve security incidents
- Lead daily roll calls and shift operations
- Manage officer scheduling and shift handoffs
- Manage payroll adjustments in SAP
- Manage security case documentation
- Monitor compliance training completion
- Monitor radio CCTV and access control systems
- Monitor security incidents
- Perform crowd control and secure access coordination
- Perform threat assessments
- Prepare shift activity reports and end of tour summaries
- Provide executive and dignitary security support
- Provide security coverage for television and live production
- Retrieve and manage video surveillance footage
- Review and process visitor requests in VMS
