Senior Manager-Data Protection.ISG - Information Security Program
Tasks
- Collaborate with data privacy team on reviews and assessments
- Conduct audits and assessments for compliance
- Conduct database security audits
- Coordinate data protection responsibilities and support head of data protection
- Define DLP metrics KPIs and KRIs
- Design secure architecture for data storage processing and transmission
- Develop and maintain DLP policies standards procedures and guidelines
- Develop data protection strategic initiatives
- Drive data anonymization and masking for PII and PCI
- Drive insider risk and data retention deletion and data discovery initiatives
- Encrypt data in transit and at rest using encryption protocols
- Enforce encryption and data protection standards across teams
- Ensure data discovery and create data flow diagrams
- Ensure policy and framework compliance with data driven approach
- Establish data loss incident response framework
- Establish governance models for anonymization processes
- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies
- Execute data protection operations with required quality
- Implement data masking and anonymization strategies
- Implement security standards and frameworks
- Lead enterprise data encryption initiatives
- Maintain data asset inventory and manage data lifecycle
- Manage daily database activity monitoring operations
- Manage encryption keys and implement key rotation
- Oversee encryption key management and tokenization vendor integration
- Provide governance using KPIs and KRIs
- Review logs and performance metrics
- Strategize develop and implement data protection controls
- Support data protection maturity assessment and improvement
- Track database security KPIs and perform risk assessments
