- Administer stock based award plans
- Configure and support equity systems
- Coordinate quarterly year end activities and regulatory filings
- Develop equity training materials
- Ensure SEC IRS SOX and global securities law compliance
- Implement process improvements and automation
- Maintain equity platform transactions and reconciliation
- Manage grant vest lapse and tax withholding
- Resolve employee and executive equity inquiries
- Roll out equity programs and plans
- Support HR and external auditors with equity data requests
- Track capitalization table changes
