Senior Red Team Operator
Tasks
- Advise stakeholders on threat exposure and risk reduction
- Coordinate red team and purple team exercises
- Define offensive security processes playbooks standards
- Facilitate audit regulatory and assurance activities
- Improve offensive security coverage and efficiency
- Incorporate lessons learned emerging threats and control gaps
- Lead offensive security planning quarterly and annual
- Manage exceptions compensating controls and deferred risks
- Oversee red team assessments and adversary emulation
- Own offensive security lifecycle
- Partner with engineering teams on remediation ownership
- Plan scope schedule and execute assessments
- Prepare evidence artifacts walkthroughs and responses
- Provide advisory support for secure design
- Provide orchestration between security engineering and vendors
- Retest and validate closure with evidence
- Track offensive security findings through remediation and validation
- Validate detection coverage and detection response improvements
