Senior Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Active Directory Entra ID DNS DHCP and Group Policy
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments security and identity
- Administer and maintain Windows Linux and macOS systems
- Administer backups restore and disaster recovery testing
- Automate repetitive administration tasks with PowerShell
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps on integrations and build support
- Create and maintain runbooks documentation and knowledge base
- Implement security baselines patching and vulnerability remediation
- Lead infrastructure modernization migrations and hardening
- Manage incident response and root cause analysis
- Manage incidents service requests changes and problem records
- Manage on prem and cloud servers lifecycle and patching
- Serve as technical escalation point and mentor
- Support Azure and AWS infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
