Tasks
- Assist in SIEM migration and alert validation
- Create and update incident tickets
- Escalate confirmed or suspicious incidents
- Follow SOC playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Identify false positives and true positives
- Monitor security alerts from SIEM and security tools
- Perform initial triage of alerts and incidents
- Review alerts for malware phishing suspicious login endpoint and network activity
- Support shift handover and daily SOC reporting
