Tasks
- Analyze security logs and network traffic for anomalies
- Analyze threat intelligence and mitigate emerging threats
- Apply security patches updates and firewall configurations
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Configure Cisco network devices
- Configure routers switches firewalls and network devices
- Develop and update NOC processes playbooks incident response plans
- Interface with customers resolve network and connectivity issues
- Investigate security incidents determine root cause and remediate
- Maintain network diagrams documentation and inventory records
- Monitor network performance availability and security
- Respond to network alerts diagnose failures implement corrective actions
