- Conduct AI threat modeling and control design reviews
- Define risk reduction outcomes and control objectives
- Develop project charters and communication plans
- Develop project schedules and effort estimates
- Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies
- Identify and manage project staffing resources
- Lead cybersecurity and AI security program delivery
- Maintain project artifact repository
- Manage cross-functional project teams
- Manage demand and capacity
- Manage project budgets and forecasts
- Oversee testing evaluation and go live readiness assessments
- Perform scope definition and change control procedures
- Plan and execute AI IAM controls
- Plan and execute AI data protection controls
- Plan and execute AI security operations controls
- Provide performance feedback to staff
- Provide weekly project program status reports
- Resolve conflicts and escalation items
- Translate AI LLM and agent concepts into delivery plans
