Sr Specialist Cybersecurity - IAM Operations with AI Expertises
Tasks
- Apply AI ML for incident clustering anomaly detection and intelligent routing
- Configure train tune and operationalize ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence models
- Coordinate cross team resolution for cross domain issues
- Develop and maintain AI operations runbooks and model lifecycle procedures
- Implement confidence thresholds and human in the loop fallback patterns
- Integrate AI outputs into Flow Designer workflows for auto assignment and approvals
- Maintain ATF smoke regression suites and integration stability
- Monitor AI model performance and drive continuous tuning and retraining
- Monitor instance health and stability and restore services during outages
- Operate ITIL incident problem change and knowledge management for IAM services
- Own IAM operations for access request fulfillment
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
- Produce dashboards SOPs runbooks and known error articles
- Reduce operational noise using AIOps intelligent alerting and correlation
- Triage and resolve ServiceNow P1 to P3 incidents and problems
- Tune AI Search and support Virtual Agent and Now Assist for self service
