- Design conditional access and IAM policies
- Develop PowerShell automation and reusable modules
- Implement secure GPO frameworks
- Lead AD upgrades migrations and consolidations
- Maintain Hybrid Identity with Entra Connect
- Manage FSMO roles and schema
- Manage SSO MFA RBAC and PIM
- Manage mail flow connectors and SPF DKIM and DMARC
- Monitor and audit identity security posture
- Oversee licensing access policies and compliance
- Own AD backup recovery disaster recovery and high availability
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents
- Support Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange
- Troubleshoot OAuth SAML Kerberos and NTLM
- Use Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting
