Tasks
- Align roadmap initiatives and communicate direction
- Analyze metrics for performance tuning and root cause analysis
- Build software for platform infrastructure and applications
- Create automated reporting on service health and compliance
- Create development plans for capability gaps
- Delegate workstreams and coach engineers
- Drive automation for service deployment and operational workflows
- Escalate blockers and cross team dependencies
- Hire, onboard, and retain engineering talent
- Investigate emerging technologies and recommend solutions
- Lead SRE team with 1 1s and performance feedback
- Monitor CI CD availability and system health
- Participate in system design, platform management, and capacity planning
- Partner to drive cross team improvements
- Support integration of AI assisted workflows
