Tasks
- Administer Copilot access roles and security controls
- Administer Microsoft Purview data security and compliance
- Administer SharePoint OneDrive and Intune
- Apply data loss prevention and sensitivity labels
- Assist with Azure Virtual Desktop deployment and troubleshooting
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint policies
- Configure Windows Update rings and feature updates
- Configure configuration profiles and security baselines
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation
- Document solutions and maintain operational runbooks
- Investigate security incidents and alerts
- Maintain audit trails and security reports
- Manage Conditional Access policies
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Monitor and manage change for Microsoft 365 features
- Monitor platform performance and escalate issues
- Participate in service acceptance and transition to operations
- Perform threat hunting using KQL
- Support endpoint enrollment and device compliance
- Support platform manager with governance policies
