- Implement Microsoft 365 data loss prevention policies
- Implement SharePoint metadata and tagging
- Implement data backup and recovery for endpoints
- Maintain Windows operating systems
- Manage Azure Active Directory accounts groups and roles
- Manage Azure Firewall and Azure VPN Gateway
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes and distribution lists
- Manage Microsoft Teams
- Manage SharePoint accounts groups and permissions
- Manage SharePoint backup and disaster recovery
- Manage SharePoint document libraries lists and content types
- Manage SharePoint site collections
- Monitor and apply software updates and patches
