Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote)
Tasks
- Assess customer Falcon environment
- Contact customers about standard misalignment
- Coordinate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create remediation plans
- Develop service reports and security stats
- Document customer issues and resolve per procedures and SLAs
- Ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards
- Partner with internal teams for customer satisfaction
- Provide security recommendations
