Tasks
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID
- Administer Microsoft Intune
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Administer firewall solutions and network infrastructure
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct on site installations configurations and troubleshooting
- Configure install and monitor network devices
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting
- Develop deliver and update technical training
- Ensure security policy compliance
- Escalate critical issues appropriately
- Identify assess and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Maintain asset inventory systems
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Manage Multi Factor Authentication
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and content
- Manage ticketing with ZenDesk
- Monitor system performance and security alerts
- Provide device management support
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Provide technical support to executive leadership
