- Coordinate with support team for high severity cases
- Create mutual success plans
- Demonstrate security platform features
- Deploy SSE products and use cases
- Develop adoption plans and deployment plans
- Develop solution designs and project priorities
- Gather product feedback and share with product team
- Perform gap analysis using telemetry
- Prioritize support cases and collect technical information
- Provide custom customer training
- Run operational service reviews
- Support adoption and expansion planning
- Validate if issues need product enhancement requests
- Validate solution feasibility
