Incident Response Triage Lead
Tasks
- Conduct initial compliance assessments
- Deliver incident reporting and contribute to governance forums
- Escalate potential breaches to compliance and legal
- Lead intake classification severity assessment routing
- Own incident triage end to end
- Partner with service optimisation and enterprise risk to strengthen controls
- Provide executive notifications for material incidents
- Track triage SLAs and ensure data quality
- Uplift triage frameworks standards and workflows
