- Escalate incidents and project issues
- Evaluate third-party vendors and solutions
- Execute change enablement strategy
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation
- Manage day to day Active Directory operations
- Participate in walkthrough reviews
- Perform database and disaster recovery
- Perform performance tuning
- Plan deliver and execute service delivery controls
- Provide on call support for severity 1 and 2 incidents
- Support Active Directory incidents and resolutions
