Tasks
- Configure and support firewall infrastructure
- Develop standard operating procedures and network topology documentation
- Maintain firewall policies and rules
- Monitor network traffic and analyze logs
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Provide customer support using ticketing systems
- Respond to security incidents
- Support vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Troubleshoot dual stacked IPv4 and IPv6 security infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Tune IDS and IPS signatures
