Tasks
- Audit incident and request tickets for quality
- Coach service desk and L1 teams
- Conduct change approvals and CAB process
- Escalate tickets to CoE and management
- Establish client infrastructure monitoring
- Execute network changes with risk mitigation
- Identify network vulnerabilities
- Lead initial client escalations
- Maintain network security
- Manage firewall rules
- Monitor incidents and requests
- Perform root cause analysis
- Resolve incidents within SLA
- Update incident and change tickets
- Work with automation teams
