- Design network underlay QoS VLAN PoE switch configurations
- Develop fleet plans talkgroup architectures encryption profiles
- Engineer IP paging public address overhead speaker systems
- Maintain approved products list ensure trade compliance
- Maintain interface documentation and network diagrams for each site
- Manage OTAP OTAR key management facility procedures
- Own national radio system architecture
