Operations Analyst & Automation Engineer
Tasks
- Assist security operations with access reviews and system checks
- Collect and report operational metrics
- Document incidents changes and customer interactions
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolution
- Follow documented procedures and playbooks
- Follow security and compliance procedures
- Identify processes for automation and collaborate on lightweight solutions
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks
- Maintain customer activity and operational event records
- Monitor alerts tickets and operational dashboards
- Provide day-to-day operational support
- Surface gaps and raise improvement recommendations
- Test and monitor automated workflows
