Cloud Support Administrator (Remote - US)
Tasks
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Administer hypervisors and virtualization
- Configure monitoring and alerting
- Develop and maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks
- Implement infrastructure automation with PowerShell and Bicep
- Install, configure, and administer systems in Azure
- Manage service requests with change management
- Monitor analyze and resolve Azure infrastructure incidents
- Optimize backup and recovery workflows
- Participate in on call rotation to meet SLAs
- Provide Azure escalation support
- Provision and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents
