- Administer and query Oracle SQL
- Analyze aggregated logs with ELK and Syslog
- Automate repetitive tasks with scripting
- Build and integrate tools to improve availability reliability and performance
- Conduct incident and problem management
- Configure network storage NFS NAS SAN SMB
- Enforce configuration management with Ansible and Puppet
- Ensure security compliance and provide evidence to auditors
- Maintain firewall rules
- Manage DNS and DHCP
- Manage IT management workflows with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Manage certificates and vulnerabilities
- Manage infrastructure
- Monitor SLAs and ensure remediation of degradation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Operate Linux and Windows environments
- Perform trend analysis
- Plan Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Respond to incidents and coordinate service restoration
- Set up load balancing
- Support production systems on call
- Use CI CD pipelines to automate deployments
- Use observability tools with Prometheus and Grafana
