Network Security Engineer
Tasks
- Administer and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Apply security control frameworks and threat modeling
- Define and enforce security policies for SaaS and AI access
- Deploy Palo Alto Networks SaaS Inline Security
- Design deploy and maintain IPSec VPN solutions
- Design network security solutions
- Develop technical documentation and runbooks
- Implement Palo Alto Networks AI access security controls
- Integrate security platforms
- Lead network security initiatives from architecture to rollout
- Monitor analyze and respond to security events
- Operate and support security infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support
- Perform operational support including ticketing and change management
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Serve as subject matter expert for network security technologies
- Support and integrate WAF and CASB solutions
- Troubleshoot network and security issues at protocol level
- Use scripting and automation for security operations
