- Conduct adversarial machine learning threat modeling
- Define AI security mandate and operating model
- Define and track AI security KPIs and reporting
- Define approval workflows for model access and data handling
- Embed secure patterns into AI enabled products
- Establish AI control objectives and assurance plans
- Establish model risk management program
- Extend incident response playbooks for AI scenarios
- Implement secure AI architecture standards
- Implement secure MLOps and data security standards
- Integrate AI monitoring with SIEM and SOC
- Lead AI COE security pillar
- Lead AI security team and capability uplift
- Map AI security controls to compliance frameworks
- Operationalize generative AI and LLM guardrails
- Oversee third party and cloud AI risk assurance
- Run AI red teaming and robustness testing
