Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain runbooks and post implementation validation
- Develop automation tooling and documentation
- Maintain infrastructure security backup and recoverability
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
- Perform disaster recovery testing and audit support
- Provide day-to-day operational support
- Support upgrades refreshes migrations and hybrid cloud projects
- Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues
