Security Manager, Global Operations
Tasks
- Analyze global incidents and threats
- Conduct audits of incident handling and reporting
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching
- Coordinate incident triage and response
- Coordinate with IT legal HR and crisis teams
- Develop KPIs and dashboards
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices
- Ensure privacy law compliance and data handling
- Escalate major incidents
- Lead train and mentor GSOC analysts
- Maintain GSOC policies and SOPs
- Manage GSOC staffing and shift schedules
- Manage incident reporting and summaries
- Manage threat intelligence platforms
- Optimize surveillance and notification systems
- Oversee 24/7 security monitoring
- Produce intelligence briefings and risk assessments
- Supervise threat intelligence collection and analysis
- Support business continuity activations
