- Automate rollback
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Build dashboards and alerts
- Configure networking for latency load balancing and firewalls
- Define SLI SLO and error budgets
- Develop Python automation for self healing
- Execute runbooks and health checks
- Implement canary and blue green deployments
- Implement pre and post deploy checks
- Implement preventative actions
- Improve MTTD and MTTR using AIOps
- Lead post-incident reviews
- Maintain Windows infrastructure and software configuration
- Maintain high availability clustering and failover
- Maintain observability metrics logs and traces
- Manage artifacts and versioning
- Orchestrate environment promotions
- Own production support
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Triage contain and recover incidents
- Tune alert policies to reduce noise
