Senior Professional Services Consultant - Data Security
Tasks
- Collaborate with Professional Services Support Engineering and Product teams to resolve escalations
- Design data protection programs to identify protect monitor and manage sensitive data
- Gather requirements and recommend optimized data security solutions
- Identify and mitigate customer escalations
- Partner with sales to ensure customer needs and satisfaction
- Present management updates on risks challenges and proposed solutions
- Scope engagements by assessing client operations and business processes
